Basic maintenance includes:

• checking possible mechanical cracks on frame, fork and all components,
• checking and adjusting the headset, fork, wheel hub bearings, caps and bottom bracket bearings,
• checking braking systems (mechanical, hydraulic), aligning brake pads,
• control and adjustment of front and rear derailleur as well as thier related command levers (both mechanical and electrical),
• control and adjustment of bolts and nuts (saddle, seatpost, stem, gearshift controls, brake levers, quick-release and wheel axles, cranksets, sprocket ring nut),
• functional integrity control of the pedals, tire pressure control and adjustment, check and centering wheels, verify chain and sprockets wear and tear, additional specific control for e-bikes (electrical connections, electronic brake and speed sensors , control unit, battery, lights).

For the tightening of nuts and bolts we use torque wrenches.

Maximum cost of all the operations described 20 € (traditional bikes), 25 € (e-bikes).

It is our responsibility to notify the customer of the need for any extraordinary maintenance operations.

Premium maintenance includes:

It includes all the operations described for Basic Maintenance, adding:

• those for complete washing and cleaning of the bicycle,
• lubrication of cables and sheaths (gearbox, derailleur, mechanical braking systems, telescopic seatposts, remote controls of forks and shock absorbers),
• chain cleaning and lubrication,
• sprocket cleaning,
• headset cleaning and greasing,
• bottom bracket and wheel bearings cleaning and grasing,
• revision of the hydraulic braking systems (possible bleeding and oil refill),
• tubeless tires complete check (possible replacement of the internal latex),
• revision of the forks, shock absorbers and telescopic seatposts (cleaning, greasing of bushes and oil seals, calibration setup).

Maximum cost of all the operations described € 50, excluding any spare parts.

It is our responsibility to notify the customer of the need for any repairs or replacements of damaged or worn components.
